1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is West Coast Boat Wraps (the “Promoter”). By entering

this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 10:00 am on Thursday 14 May 2026 and closes at 6:00 pm on

Sunday 17 May 2026 (the “Competition Period”).

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves

the right to verify the time and date of all entries.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

• Be present at the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show 2026 at the ASB

Showgrounds, Auckland, during the Competition Period;

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and

• Provide a valid name and email address upon entry.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors, or agents of West Coast Boat Wraps;

• Immediate family members of the above; or

• Any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must, during the Competition Period:

1. Scan the QR code displayed at the West Coast Boat Wraps stand at the Hutchwilco

New Zealand Boat Show 2026;

2. Complete the entry form by providing their first name, last name, and a valid email

address;

3. Agree to subscribe to the West Coast Boat Wraps mailing list; and

4. Submit the completed entry form.

Submission of an entry form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

As a condition of entry, participants must subscribe to the West Coast Boat Wraps mailing

list by selecting the opt-in checkbox on the entry form. Entries submitted without agreeing to

the mailing list subscription will be deemed invalid.

5. Limit on Entries

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be

disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of entrants and to

disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries.

6. The Prize

One (1) prize is available, being:

A $1,500 NZD credit towards a boat wrap

The prize credit is to be applied to the supply and installation of a boat wrap by West Coast

Boat Wraps for a vessel nominated by the winner. The credit will be applied to the total

invoice amount for the wrap.

The prize is subject to the following conditions:

• The prize credit is valued at $1,500 NZD (inclusive of GST).

• The prize is not transferable to another person.

• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, and has no cash value.

• The prize cannot be exchanged, substituted, or used in conjunction with any other

offer or discount unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.

• The winner must nominate a vessel at the time of redeeming the prize. Once

nominated, the vessel cannot be changed without prior written consent from the

Promoter.

• The prize credit must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date the winner

is notified. After this period, the prize will lapse and be forfeited.

• Any costs exceeding the prize credit amount are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The prize is subject to availability and scheduling at West Coast Boat Wraps’s sole

discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received during the

Competition Period. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the close of the

competition.

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at the time of entry within five (5)

business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within

fourteen (14) days of it being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and

select an alternative winner.

The winner's first name and initial of their surname may be published on West Coast Boat

Wraps's website and/or social media channels. By entering the competition, entrants

consent to such publication.
